At DOXA we believe in our pieces so much that we offer a Lifetime Warranty Guarantee on all of our pieces sold. This means that all orders are eligible for a one time replacement piece of the same size.  

For whatever reason, if you jewelry fades, breaks, tarnishes, or stains, you are welcome to take advantage of our warranty! We request that the customer cover the $20 shipping & handling cost. We also ask that your old piece back to us, so we can recycle it in our process. In order to initiate a replacement via the warranty process, please contact us at jack@doxajewelry.com. 

Lifetime Warranty does not apply for pieces that have been lost or stolen!

We specialize in Solid 925 Sterling Silver pieces, however we are also breaking out into the 14K Yellow Gold space, we have a couple pieces that are gold based, such as our Golden Dagger Earrings, and more to come!

Our pieces are solid, you will not find a hollow jewelry on our site, largely because we want customers to get the best value out of their pieces, this is a part of our overarching mission - providing high quality investment pieces to our customers.

HOW DO YOU SHIP PACKAGES?

Packages will be shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS) which all originate from our warehouse in New Jersey or New York, USA. This means that all packages are subject to USPS regulations and laws.

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

No, we are a US based company who only sells to US customers. However, with free shipping included on every order, customers do not have to worry about shipping fees or additional charges regarding shipping (besides taxes and There is no order threshold to receive free shipping, this is our default shipping option and 

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Our shipping times vary from order to order, as some products are specifically made to order, depending on size availability, and customization requests. Though, our products generally arrive anywhere from 8 - 16 business days.

HOW LONG DOES PROCESSING TAKE?

Please allow 1-2 business days for the DOXA team to process and send out your order. This is included in our estimation for shipping, as we take this into consideration when sending out our products to customers.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

We do not accept returns, however we do provide a lifetime warranty. All sales are final, though if there is a manufacturing issue with one any order, we will happily fix/ replace the product for you. Customer caused damage is not covered by our return policy, however once again, our lifetime warranty program will replace/fix that product for you.
