HOW DO YOU SHIP PACKAGES?

Packages will be shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS) which all originate from our warehouse in New Jersey, USA. This means that all packages are subject to USPS, municipal, state, and federal regulations and laws.

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

No, we are a US based company who only sells to US customers. However, with free shipping included on every order, customers do not have to worry about shipping fees or additional charges regarding shipping (besides taxes and There is no order threshold to receive free shipping, this is our default shipping option.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Our shipping times vary from order to order, as some products are specifically made to order, depending on size availability, and customization requests. Though, our products generally arrive anywhere from 10 - 15 business days.

HOW LONG DOES PROCESSING TAKE?

Please allow 1-2 business days for the DOXA team to process and send out your order. This is included in our estimation for shipping, as we take this into consideration when sending out our products to customers.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

We do not accept returns, however we do provide a lifetime warranty. All sales are final, though if there is a manufacturing issue with one any order, we will happily fix/ replace the product for you. Customer caused damage is not covered by our return policy, however once again, our lifetime warranty program will replace/fix that product for you.

DO YOU REPLACE LOST/ STOLEN SHIPMENTS?

If your order is lost or stolen while in transit or upon the time of delivery, the carrier is the responsible party. If you run into this issue, please contact the shipping carrier first (USPS) and then reach out to DOXA. If all else fails with USPS, we will happily try our hardest to make it right - just reach out to jack@doxajewelry.com and we will try our hardest to accommodate any issues.
